Well, the scale is telling on me. I spent the weekend at my sister’s and she fed me GOOOOD.  Lasagna, homemade soup, grilled cheese, omelet, muffins… oh… and I went to Olive Garden with my son. I think I should be grateful that I only gained 1.4 pounds! Today: Back to Weight Watchers!
