Pensacola, FL—October 10, 2008—Lady Pens, the one-stop directory for publishers in search of free, fresh written content for websites and print publications is celebrating its three-year anniversary by adding audio content. With the increasing popularity of iPods and other mobile technology, more audiences want the option of listening to their content.

“When I started Lady Pens I wanted to highlight in one location, the outstanding talent and ideas of the women I had come to know as a marketing and small business coach. Over 5000 authors contribute timely articles to Lady Pens. Today’s announcement marks the next step in our evolution. Through a partnership with the leading podcaster for the work at home community, Kelly McCausey, Lady Pens is now a multifaceted directory offering quality written articles for reprint and engaging audio content for podcasts,” explains Nicole Dean, founder and co-owner of Lady Pens.

“What has always impressed me about Lady Pens is that the content is created by some of the leading online experts in the business, consumer, family and leisure categories. Adding audio to the mix is great news for small business owners and bloggers who thrive on fresh content that is tailored to their audience’s preferences,” adds partner Kelly McCausey.

Content site owners and bloggers face the constant challenge of keeping their websites updated with a supply of new, relevant materials for their audiences. Without fresh content audiences wane, traffic declines and the sustainability of these businesses is threatened. For many publishers Lady Pens has become a trusted supplier of a much needed service. The addition of audio content to Lady Pens’ database positions the company for significant growth in the competitive content development marketplace.

They don’t realize that there is a way to outsource work and keep the flexibility and control they want, without breaking the bank,” explains Nicole Dean.

-OutsourceWeekly.com is a 52-week training program that teaches business owners how to outsource many tasks within their business so they can focus on opportunities for revenue growth and sustainability. This program also offers participants access to a growing list of nationally recognized service providers in various fields.

“With this service, small business owners don’t have to be human resource experts to get the right people to do the right tasks. They also don’t have to worry about the technical aspects of arranging a work agreement with an outside provider. With OutsourceWeekly.com all of those details are clearly explained through written materials and examples that are provided to subscribers,” adds Dean.

Atlanta, GA October 1, 2008

Although some people may consider “natural living” a trend that’s just catching on, for many families it is more than a trend. It’s a lifestyle. Natural living is not only about recycling and driving hybrid vehicles.

Natural family living and parenting is the focus of Natural Moms Talk Radio which marks its 100th episode this week. Topics of discussion include natural childbirth, eco-friendly baby care, homeschooling and natural health. The show is broadcast via podcast and is accessible at http://naturalmomstalkradio.com/blog/ where listeners can download each episode or listen online through their web browser.

The show is hosted by Carrie Lauth, a single work at home mother of four, who began Natural Moms Talk Radio in January of 2006. Lauth states “I really love what I do because I am passionate about the topics. This is quite a milestone for us considering how many podcasts or radio shows don’t make it this far. Yet here I am, with 300 plus listeners per week and still going strong. This is a very exciting time for me, my show, and my listeners.” In addition to the podcast, Natural Moms Talk Radio’s website also features articles about breastfeeding, gentle discipline, homeschooling, natural health, beauty and homemaking, and attachment parenting.

In previous episodes, Lauth has interviewed well known experts in the area of natural parenting including Peggy O’Mara, owner and editor of Mothering Magazine, author Elizabeth Pantley, and Jan Hunt of The Natural Child Project. The 100th episode, available at http://naturalmomstalkradio.com/blog, will feature Jody McLaughlin of Compleat Mother magazine. Natural Moms Talk Radio is also seeking experts on natural living topics, including mothers themselves who have a story to share, for future episodes.

For more information about Natural Moms Talk Radio , visit the website at http://www.naturalmomstalkradio.com/blog.

September 2, 2008, Portland, MI – Books, clothing, shoes, and furniture –nearly everything you can find in your local mall is available for sale online. Increasingly these sales are generated through the recommendations of a virtual sales force, a practice known as affiliate sales.

It can be an ideal income source for mothers who want to stay at home with their children and contribute to the family income, but it’s not always as easy or effortless as it sounds. Kelly McCausey, host of Work at Home Moms Talk Radio, has brought together a team of professional affiliate marketing speakers to help moms navigate the ins and outs of affiliate marketing for the Moms Affiliate Expo (http://www.momsaffiliateexpo), an online webinar conference September 11th through 14th.

“Over the years, I’ve met a lot of moms who join affiliate programs dreaming of financial freedom,” says McCausey, “but the reality is that if you want to make more than pocket change through affiliate programs then you have to have tools in place to build your success.”

Moms Affiliate Expo brings together leaders in the field to deliver those tools and resources. The three day online conference is free to attendees and features exhibitors with affiliate programs that are especially lucrative to moms along with expert speakers who have achieved success through affiliate sales. McCausey herself supported her household and paid off her debts as a single mom through affiliate income.

“Moms Affiliate Expo is a combination of learning and networking that moms can experience from the comfort of their own homes,” says McCausey, “It’s an opportunity to find out the best ways to build an internet based business through affiliate income.”

The event is being sponsored by the popular family meal menu program, Menu Planner Central (http://www.menuplannercentral) which has a generous affiliate program for moms to participate in.

While the Moms Affiliate Expo is the first of its kind, McCausey is no stranger to putting together successful online events. She’s just wrapped up the fourth season of the Hot Seminar Series, an annual online learning series for momtrepeneurs. As host of WAHM Talk Radio over the past four years, she’s helped hundreds of moms establish and grow their online enterprises.

Interested moms can register for the event at no cost at www.momsaffliateexpo.com
