Two Secrets To My Success

(This is a post of the email I sent out to my list this afternoon)

In this email I WILL share the secret to my success… actually two secrets.

One: Internships

Every since last summer when I took on my first intern to train someone to help me with my podcast clients, I have been hooked on internships.

I have interns who write content for me, rewrite PLR, update my websites, do research, help me organize my thoughts, reach out to potential affiliates and much more.

And they are doing it all in exchange for my training and feedback. (Plus some miscellaneous services, resources I have at my disposal.)

It’s a great arrangement.  I get a lot done, far more than I could afford right now in my current outsourcing budget and in return they learn how I do things and will be able to either apply what they’ve learned to their won business, or if they’re starting a VA biz they will apply it to serving future paying clients.

I have recommended my first intern over and over to others and she has secured many long term paying clients because they know that she has received a complete education in the services they need completed.

If you would like to learn how to include internships into your business, check out the audio and transcripts package I’m offering over at Mom’s Talk Biz.

Ok, now for my second secret:

Tishia Lee.

Yes, Tishia Lee is one of the major secrets to my success.  Tishia has been my Virtual Assistant for over two years now.  She is indispensable to my business - and while it’s no secret that she is my VA, I don’t go around sending mass emails about her because frankly, I don’t want her to get so busy that she would ever find herself too busy for me!

But - I just happen to know that she has a couple of monthly retainer positions open right now.

So if you need a VA, someone who would get to know you and your business and tackle the tasks that you don’t have time for anymore - grab her while she has the time open.

Secrets like this never say secret for long.

That’s it.  I’ve spilled my guts.  Now it’s up to you to take them and run ;)

Aww thanks Kelly :-)
Tishia Lees last blog post..I Missed You…

I definitely need to look into outsourcing. I can see the potential with what I’m doing…but reaching that potential sometimes seems out of my reach. Some of my content is awful. Anyway, thanks for the food for thought!
