Anita Marchesani is a WAHM, a personal coach and licensed psychologist.  After deciding to pursue an at home lifestyle Dr. Anita also tackled homeschooling her kids. With such a busy home she still manages to operate in her area of passion.

How do you know when you’re officially stressed out?  Are you like me and have a hard time admitting that you’re under stress?  Don’t we all want to be super-women?

Dr. Anita has great tips for recognizing stress and dealing with it effectively.  She also has some warnings for those who avoid dealing with it. Stress can have long term serious repercussions and as moms - we don’t want anything to do with those!
