Managing your own affiliate program involves more than we realize when we first get started. Running a good program and keeping active affiliates is not a ‘set it and forget it’ proposition. I know – I devote quite a bit of time to working on my affiliate program and am busy right this minute preparing new creative graphics and articles for my affiliates to use to promote our products.
