Working at Home

erin123

My name is Erin Varda and I am the newest intern for the WAHM Talk Radio blog. I am very excited to spend the next 10 weeks working with Kelly.

I am a single mom who works full-time as an IT professional and part-time as a WAHM. I have 2 beautiful daughters, Jena 11 and Paige 13. My daughers keep me very busy with their sports and socials events. We also have 2 wonderful dogs in our family, Cooper and Buster.

I have been dabbling in work at home opportunities since 2002. I have invested thousands of dollars in scams and “marketing opportunities” that were nothing more than pitfalls. My failures have proven to very valuable to me and some of my On-line business friends and partners. I have been able to build a business from the ground up.

I decided to apply for Kelly’s internship because blogging is something I have also been interested in, but never knew how to combine it with my business. This internship is going to help me share my experiences and offer advice to other moms. I look forward to the adventure.

I look forward to getting to know you over the next 10 weeks. Can't wait to hear more about your WAH business. :)
  • Nice to meet you Erin. I too was a victim of scam! I have come across some great WAHM opportunities too. Looking forward to seeing what you post about!
  • I look forward to it, too! It's hard to know which opportunities will actually be beneficial and which are just another email list that goes unused.
