Working at Home

Work at Home Moms and Stay at Home Moms often live in isolation from the outside world. Their days are spent either with little people  or all alone in the house for a few hours until the kids come home from school. To top it off, financial stress, health issues or relationship problems can leave mom’s feeling even more isolated and alone in the world.

Well, thanks to the internet, work at home moms and stay at home moms can easily get connected with other people and make true, lasting friendships with mom’s who are going through or have been through some of the same struggles and issues as they have been.

Mom’s Talk Network is seeking WAHM’s with stories to tell about online friendships they’ve formed and have gained support and encouragement through those friendships.

If you’d like to submit a story, please email a brief summary of your story along with your name, email and phone number to mom@momstalknetwork.com.

If we want to explore your story we will contact you for a telephone interview.  We will then write your story using the recording and notes from this conversation.  You will have an opportunity to read and approve your story before it goes to print.

Your story, if accepted, will be included in a printed book.  If your story is used, we’ll send you three free copies of the book & a $50 Mom’s Talk Biz gift certificate as our thank you for your participation.

Story submission deadline: November 5, 2009 Extended thru Monday, November 9th!
