I spoke at the Business and Learning Work at Home Expo last night and my topic was Personality Types in Business.  It’s a favorite topic of mine and one that I could chat up for hours on end.

There are four different personality types:

• Choleric


• Sanguine


• Melancholy


• Phlegmatic

Knowing your personality type (or combination of types) helps you to understand why you respond to life’s circumstances the way that you do.  And this knowledge will help you to make better decisions about your business.
