Today we talk about her decision to launch a parenting mag with no publishing experience and a lot of personal determination. Parents for Parents™ magazine was created in 2006, written for parents by parents, the mag came from S.K.’s belief that the real parenting experts are parents and that they needed a forum to share their knowledge freely for other parents to enjoy.

S.K. is also the author of Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity, a quick, fun resource book that provides useful and proven parenting techniques to families of all sizes. She currently lives in Arlington, MA with her husband and two sons.
