Sanguine: Don’t Make A Move Without Your Planner

This is the third post in a series about Personality Types in Business.

The first personality type in the series is the Sanguine.

The Sanguine is fun loving and enjoyable to be around. Sanguine’s love people and crave company. While having the approval of others is important to them – if you’re too disapproving, they’ll decide you’re no fun and move on to someone easier to please.

Some positive attributes of the Sanguine:

• You’re Light hearted & Fun
• You’re a people person
• You love to extend hospitality
• You’re a peace maker
• You enjoys children and children enjoy you
  
• You’re Spontaneous

Some negative attributes:

• You can be scatter brained
• You can be too impulsive
• Sometimes fails to finish what you start
• You may avoid facing problems
• You often take on more than you have time for

Sanguines in business are really nice to work with because they show interest in you and are often quick to pay compliments and praise your successes.    They can be frustrating when it comes to deadlines and remembering details though.

The Sanguine will be smart to use and keep a planner.  Make it a life rule to never say yes to anything without checking your planner and writing it down.
