The ABC’s of a Happy and Successful WAHM continues today with the letter H: 

H = Help

There will come a time that you’ll need help. You must be willing to accept it, to allow others to do for you what you cannot. In turn, try to be a help to other when they are in need.

H = Habits

Some people never succeed because they have poor work habits.  They have a habit of sleeping in or a habit of being irresponsible.  If you have poor work habits when you work for someone else, you end up getting fired.  If you have them when you work for yourself – you’re in big trouble.

H – Hubby – Love Him

Make sure to remember what’s truly important in your life. Your husband and your kids. Don’t let your passion (read “obsession”) with your business make him feel second-best.

H – Helpfulness

Be helpful to your customers, visitors and subscribers. This doesn’t mean you have to answer endless individual emails, but provide helpful resources, FAQs and other information that is helpful to your target market.
