Working at Home

Let’s continue on our series of the ABCs of a Happy and Success WAHM with the letter Q:

Q = Quota

A quota might bring up scary images of deadlines and production minimums.  But a self imposed business quota can take a lot of pressure off of you.  Do you ever feel like enough is never enough?  Set a simple, reachable goal for your work week and when we meet it – take some time off and relax!  Your qouta has been met and you have permission to enjoy your life.

Q = Quiet Time

It may seem impossible to find a time to sit, relax and be quiet when you have so many demands on your time. However, it’s more important than ever that you take a little time for yourself to rejuvenate and renew when you grow weary.

Q = Quit for the day

Don’t work all day and every day. You and your family will suffer for it. Set your working hours and then shut down for the day when they’re over. You’ll be more focused during the time you are working and you’ll enjoy your “off” time more too.
