T = Time

As work-home-moms time is the ultimate enemy. :) Learn to prioritize and delegate whenever possible. Take time out for your kids each day – you’ll be glad you did!

T = Test

Always test out what works best for business. Try different sales messages, promote different products, etc. and note the results. Don’t assume that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. You can constantly improve your online business.

T = Time management

What is it that the world’s top achievers have mastered that everyday indiviuals haven’t?  It’s time management.  And until you learn to value your time, you’ll never be able to achieve the kind of success you have been working for. Being busy does not equal being successful.  Set your priorities for the day. 

Make a plan.  Choose your “A, B, and C” items for the day. EVerything else can be delegated or dumped.  Track how you use your time.  Set a “power hour” where you do your highest income producing activities. Once you start spending your time on the activities that bring you closest to your goals you’ll find yourself going farther and faster than you ever imagined.
