Working at Home

Home Office Fitness Experts Scott and Angie TousignantHi there. This is Scott Tousignant back again with more home office fitness tips and strategies to help increase your productivity while improving your quality of life.

Today I’ve asked my wife Angie to join us and share some motivational tips to encourage you to make your health the #1 priority in your life.

Angie is a busy work-at-home-mom who runs a daycare out of our home. She is also a certified fitness trainer and plays a big role in our online fitness business, authoring the book More Love Less Fat, recording videos, doing interviews, and writing blog posts.

As a busy work-at-home-mom you wake up early and your day never seems to end. There’s always something to do and someone to look after. The needs of everyone else come before your own and you’re left with very little time to take care of the most important person… YOU!

Today, that’s all going to change and Angie’s here to help you make that happen.

Home Office Fitness Motivation For Busy Work At Home Moms

Although you have good intentions about adopting a more active lifestyle it’s way too easy to cave into the demands of your hectic schedule.

Hopefully after listening to Angie you now realize that it’s more important for you to take your scheduled fitness break than it is to tackle the latest task that just got dumped on you.

Which one of Angie’s motivational strategies are you going to apply to help you take a pass on the snooze button and get your butt out of bed 10-minutes earlier to get in a quickie workout?

What will you tell your kids and/or husband when you want to go out for a walk or do a quickie cardio session at the end of your busy workday?

In the video above Angie recommended that you purchase an article of clothing such as a bathing suit that you would like to fit into when you reach your goal. She also recommended that you make it visible so you see it every day.

Work at home mom Angie TousignantIn this picture Angie is wearing a bathing suit that she purchased which was a couple sizes smaller than where she was at when she wanted to get in great shape. She hung it up on the our bedroom door so it would be the first thing that she saw in the morning and the last thing that she saw before she went to bed.

Using the bathing suit as part of her motivation she was able to release 6% bodyfat and flatten her tummy. It’s important to note that we have two children and our youngest, Noelle, who is now 6 years old, was delivered by c-section. And if you are wondering… No Angie is not genetically gifted. She can gain weight just as easy as the rest of us.

You may not want to get as lean as Angie is, but using a bathing suit, a slimmer pair of jeans that you can’t quite fit into, or a nice evening gown as motivation to tone up your body and get healthy can help you stick with the program for the long term.

Fat Loss Quickie member Angela Wills is using a leather jacket that she received as a gift but hasn’t been able to fit into for a while. She has pictures of herself from when she did fit into the jacket so she knows how great she’ll look when she can wear it again. That’s a powerful motivator and can really help you visualize the outcome!

It’s time to take action! No more excuses! You owe it to yourself, your family, and your business to make your health the #1 priority in your life.

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

Scott Tousignant
