I’m posting another gain this week. Man oh man, I didn’t want to fess up to it – but I’ve made a commitment and I’ll stick with it. Gain or Lose – you’ll know it!
This week, it’s a three pound gain.
What shall I blame this week? Well, I moved… yeah, that’s a great excuse isn’t it?
Nah… no excuses.
I welcome some encouragement here.

I'm glad you're not giving up on posting your weigh ins. Try thinking of as if you're going to be weighing in in front of your community. I know that helps me to stay on track through the week. I can't stand the thought of weighing in and having a gain. If that doesn't work for you, perhaps making it a challenge for yourself will motivate you. You're great at challenging other in their business, what's a good way you could challenge yourself? Perhaps setting mini goals each week for yourself. Challenge yourself to lose 1 pound this week or to exercise 3 times..whatever will get you back on track and motivated. :) I'll try to think of other ways to challenge yourself and come back and comment if I do. Love you Kelly!!!
I love the suggestions Mary gave you Kelly. Mini goals are a great way to help yourself stay on track. So are goals for bigger losses. Like I have a goal of a new purse – a Miche bag/purse – (as if I need another one of those!) when I hit 50 lbs lost! But there have been small rewards over the course of the journey too. It's all about finding what works for you. Kudos to you for posting your weigh in and not giving up even if it's a loss. You can do this.
