I skipped a week of reporting last week – I was terrified of what the scale might say… let’s just say that I wasn’t ‘on program’ much.
I started juicing this past week in an attempt to get back to healthy eating. I can’t say that its working – my meal choices are still pretty terrible to be honest. But the fresh fruit and veggie juice is absolutely delicious and certainly isn’t hurting me any.
All things considered, the scale was kind. I only gain .4 pounds since my last weigh in.
