Working at Home

This is in response to the Special Wordless Wednesday Challenge posted at Mom’s Talk Radio.  Post your own Bad Hair WW and be entered to win free jewelry :)

I was cursed with the straightest hair known to man.

So begins my perm odyssey.

  • Oh...LOL...I can see that now. Thought it was Jon Schneider or something with that cool plaid shirt! ;-)
  • That's not actually a poster, it's my oldest brother Kenny. It took a pic of a pic so it gave it a shiny look I guess.
  • This wasn't wordless...LOL.

Look at itty-bitty Sean! How sweet. Tell him I said that, so he can be embarrassed.

Who's on the poster in the pic with you and the Boston Terrier (or is it a BT?).
  • Oh my goodness you were a towhead!
  • Awww those are great pics Kelly. I always thought you had naturally curly hair like I do which when I was younger looked just as curly as yours without the perms.

Sorry I didn't know about this WW meme or I'd have posted Horrible (bad just doesn't cut it) Hair Day pics of myself! :)
  • Awww, look at you! Hot Mama...and baby Sean was a doll ;)
  • Wow. Great photos! Maybe I'll do a bad hair one next week. Maybe not! :)
  • Oh those 1980's pictures! Talk about a blast from the past. You look so cool.

I feel bad I have not posted my asymetrical poofy hairdo picture from the 80's for WW (too lazy to look through albums, that are packed away). But after viewing your pics I'm feeling nostalgic.
  • I had perms, too...but that just dried my hair out. Now I just color/die it and it is much better. I have natural curly hair. I don't know if it is any better (than straight hair) because it has a mind of it's own. :) Check out my son's hair for my WW~Sassyfrazz
  • HOW FUN!
  • Oh wow, I did the constant perm thing too, amd my hair did not want to curl. Luckily my mom is a hairdresser.
