Tell Me Thursday: Couch Update

Yesterday I posted this pic to provide an update on my couch – which I know so many of you are deeply interested in ;)

This is an update post because I posted another Wordless Wednesday last year featuring the same couch in very different circumstances.

I got razzed big time for posting a picture of my couch – but in actuality, I was posting a picture of the lonely piece of art on the wall – which was seriously the ONLY thing hanging on my walls in that apartment because I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted.  The couch was just a byproduct of the image – but it got all the attention.

My friend Chele followed up on my Wordless Wednesday with one of her own, featuring some Couch Time with Kelly. *sigh*  Now Chele and Annette, the gals behind the Tell Me Thursday movement have even teased me on their new podcast!

Anyways – I felt the need to let you all know where my couch is today.  Of course we moved again last year so it’s in a different living room and this apartment is more lived in than the other one was when we took that pic – so it’s not so neat and tidy!

Sean lives on this couch when he’s doing schoolwork – as you can see by the school books on the table and the school books piled on the bookcase behind the couch. (And the trash!)

In case you’re wondering – yes I do still have the art that was the original focus.  I like it so much it now graces the wall here in my kitchen/office :)
