    I am amazed at how "getting in shape" takes so much out of my day. Whenever I take time out to exercise or do healthy things for me, something else suffers and it's usually my house!

    Kelly, I took your 15 minute block of time advice today and printed out the day in 15 minute increments. Wow! Talk about laser focusing. I did have to hang up on my mother, who was messing up my flow!
