And your guest was amazing! Such passion for what she does. I took a peak at her website and think it’s amazing.
I couldn’t find her blog, though. Could you point me into the direction of that?
And she mentioned she hates going to an about us page and never seeing any pictures or a real story about the mom behind the business…I was standing up applauding! I feel teh very same way as her…I wish more people would personalize their about pages.

Wonderful and refreshing chat on customer service. We LOVE our customers and this show is a great reminder that we need to let them know how much we appreciate them. I think I’m going to go back and listen again!
