Great show Kelly. I'm so with you. Last year I started many small projects, obsessed with creating multiple streams of income from them...but not fully taking advantage of the multiple streams of income I COULD be producing from my flagship site -- solutionsforbusymoms.com

In terms of my busy life, I barely have the time to make the most of SFBMS -- let alone be wasting time on smaller projects. (Uh...how long have I been saying I want to do a podcast?)

This year SFBMs is getting my focused attention. Doing a site/teleseminar series for Jewish Moms is calling out to me as well...but it will have to wait for now until SFBMs is bringing in the revenue it needs for me to be able to outsource tasks. Once I can outsource tasks...then I can consider expanding...but I will expand to a variation on SFBMs so that I'm not doubling my workload.

Great show. Thanks for the inspiration and articulating what I was thinking. It's very validating.
