My guest this week is Sarah Zeldman of Solutions for Busy Moms. Sarah is a long time member of Mom Masterminds and has been diligently building high quality resources for moms while managing a busy home life.
Every WAHM has a lot to juggle, but there some some times in our lives when one area of our world threatens to take over another. Feelings of overwhelm can sap our energy. Sarah has been there and she calls it ‘losing her mojo’.
Listen in to hear her experiences and the advice we both have to share about what to do if you find yourself a bit low on mojo one day.

Oh I had to listen to this program twice – I so enjoyed the discussion between Kelly and Sarah. We’ve all had periods where we were low on mojo. I absolutely agree with the explanations Sarah gave especially re: the study showing why women reach out to each other and why they do during periods of stress.
This is one of the reasons I like Twitter in the wee hours of the morning – I know I can get a boost from a comment or observation from Kelly or Anne :)
Good show!

Hi,
Being an avid reader of blogs it is rare nowadays to actually find anything of real weight, interest or value as far to many sites especially blogs are just AdSense
spread sheets.Sorry if i’m the wrong gender for site but anything that inspires i believe is good regardless of sex, creed, colour etc.
Therefore it was refreshing to stumble upon your site and rest assured i will be back if i’m allowed? Lol
Much Respect
Douglas
