I think we all have our days where we are at our witts end and just plain tired. And in those days we likely aren’t the best Mothers and likely say or do things we aren’t proud of or shouldn’t repeat often. However, reading an entire magazine of Mothers complaining about their lives, their kids, how hard or miserable it can be or how bad of a Mother they were that day isn’t appealing to me whatesoever.
I get that we need to express our feelings to each other but I feel subscribing to a magazine that has story after story isn’t what Mothers need. They need a close friend they can confide in when they had a bad day. And if they simply don’t have that then turn to God in prayer or journal about it. If they simply need a break and time alone—- then get a sitter and take the time.
And I must say, the s word used in the show really turned me off. Not that I haven’t heard it before, but you aren’t expecting that on a work at home show with kids around.

Thanks for your input Nell :)
And my sincere apologies for the s-word. I meant to edit it out and totally forgot. I will do it yet – just need to squeeze in the time in the middle of my nutty week!

Oh, I wasn’t upset with you about it. I was upset that a Mother would use such a word on a work for Work at Home MOM’s.
