Work at Home Moms Talk Radio #272

I’m celebrating a long planned revamp of the WAHM Talk Radio website  this week.

You know, they say that taking action becomes a habit – and I believe it’s true.  For several months I looked at my long term goals list and made a lot of excuses to procrastinate – but a few weeks ago I set those excuses aside and started to use my weekends to tackle items on the list.

Getting things done feels great!  I even got quite a bit done towards launching my next project, Blog Internship.  (I hope you’ll give it a peek!)

We are almost half way through 2009.  How’s your to do list coming along by the way?

It seems like I keep adding to my list and since the kids are all at home for the summer I am not marking off as quickly as I would like :)
I’m sorting thru my actual writing notebooks, seems like they ‘interupt’ a little less if I have a pen in hand rather than at my laptop, I’m reorganizing from it.

Hope to see some changes soon.

More mothers are calling since graduation has been celebrated and they ask, how can I work at home? For decades I was a Speech and Language Therapist and have found that working for myself has been the most fulfilling and relaxing. Six years ago, I launched Empty Nest Support Services. Change is inevitable. Seems I am always looking at how to make my business, life, and websites better. Not easy, especially when I too am a writer and change flips my notebooks and notes to some hidden pile of , “It must be right here and I just don’t see it.” Natalie Caine
